SHAD KHAN, OWNER

Since early 2012 Shad and Ann Khan have focused their philanthropic giving in the Jacksonville community through the Jaguars Foundation. Through the Foundation they provided more than $1 million in grants in 2012 and $1.6 million in 2013 to children’s and family programs, as well as other NFL and team-related initiatives. The Foundation also donates more than 11,000 charitable tickets with an in-kind value of nearly $500,000 annually. The Khans’ charitable initiatives include a $1 million commitment to the City of Jacksonville’s Veterans Resource and Reintegration Center, as a partner in the mayor’s initiative to military service members transitioning back to civilian life. The Khans also made a six-figure challenge matching grant to the North Florida Boy Scouts, contributions to fund the NFL/Jaguars Play 60 program in partnership with Baptist Health, and grants to support community improvements. Khan also supported the One Spark event in Jacksonville in April 2014 with his second consecutive $1 million pledge to support creativity and innovation.

DAVID BROWN, CEO

David Brown is chairman and CEO of Web.com, a position he's held since August 2000. As he leads this global company that helps small businesses with their website online needs, he often speaks at local, regional and national small business leadership conferences, is a source to national news on small business trends, and is viewed as an expert in helping small businesses grow through their online presence. Mr. Brown has a wealth of business experience, including founding Atlantic Teleservices in 1997 that was later acquired by Web.com, and holding various senior management positions at Riggs National Bank, Florida National Bank and Barnett Bank.

MARK LAMPING, PRESIDENT

Mark Lamping was named president of the Jacksonville Jaguars on February 13, 2012. A veteran of more than 20 years as an executive in professional sports, Lamping became the Jaguars’ first president since the end of the 1996 season. His career highlights include 13 years as a marketing executive with Anheuser-Busch, 14 seasons as president of Major League Baseball’s St. Louis Cardinals and four years as CEO of New Meadowlands Stadium Company where he oversaw the construction and operation of MetLife Stadium. The New York Giants’ 2012 Super Bowl victory enabled Lamping to become one of the few sports executives to have received both a Super Bowl ring and World Series Championship ring. Lamping earned his World Series ring as president of the St. Louis Cardinals following their 2006 championship season.

JAIME WESTON, SENIOR VP OF NFL CREATIVE DEPARTMENT

Jaime Weston joined the NFL in 2003 and serves as the league’s Senior Vice President of Marketing, Creative and Branding. She is the driving force for fostering a greater connection around NFL fan segments and leads the league’s advertising and brand initiatives. Weston heads fan strategy and oversees the league’s brand management and creative strategy, including serving as the managing director of the award-winning NFL Creative Department. She is responsible for working with all 32 NFL teams, sponsors, licensees and broadcast partners to protect and grow the NFL’s brand equity, while delivering value to its partners.
